What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If we provide you with an invoice, we also accept PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted.

What should I do if items are damaged or missing from my order?
If you notice any issues with your order, you must report them to us within five business days of receiving it. We will not be able to honor claims for missing or damaged items reported after five days. Please review your entire order before submitting a claim. Can I ship my order to an address different from my own?
Yes, you can ship to a different address. Please enter the desired delivery address during checkout.

Do you offer a rewards program?
Yes, we offer a loyalty program called Nubian Treasures Circle. When you visit our website, a pop-up will invite you to register. Once you accumulate 100 points, you will receive a five dollar discount on your purchase.

Yes, we offer local delivery in select zip codes. Eligibility for local delivery will be confirmed during the checkout process.

Yes, we ship anywhere within the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
