At Nubian Treasures Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items following the guidelines below.

Returning Items

You may return items to Nubian Treasures Boutique within 20 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition. Items that have been opened, used, washed, or worn are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is damaged or defective due to shipping.

All returned items must be in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, you may use a padded envelope for non-fragile items. For items made of ceramic or glass, please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

Return Shipping and Processing

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Nubian Treasures Boutique will provide a free return shipping label. In all other cases, a return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund.

For all returns over $30 that are not due to our error, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations will be refunded in full to your original method of payment within 3 business days. A cancellation fee of $5.00 will be applied to all canceled orders.

Please note, sale items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If we receive an item that has been worn or washed, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange and ship the item back to you.
